It\u2019s minus 10 degrees inside, which felt like the most logical place to go after spending months working on evaporative cooling in vacuum chambers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The drinks there are served in cups carved out of solid ice. It is a nice touch, but as we stood around holding them, we quickly agreed on one thing.
